A benefit that PHNAC has had for many years is the Scholarship for those who are seeking a college degree and then will use that to further their Public Health Career. We now offer 1 $1000 scholarship a year that is administered by the Colorado Nurses Foundation. Be sure to discuss your Public Health Nursing Goals in the essay that you write for the application.
We are close to getting a NEW scholarship established for Continuing Education so come to the Winter Conference to hear all about this and get details after the conference on the website.
We have now announced the NEW CONTINUING EDUCATION Scholarship. There will be $2000 available each year for members to access. A member can apply 1 time a year and receive between $100-$400 depending on the educational offering. See the scholarship details under the scholarship tab on the home page. The application is all electronic and the committee is ready for your applications.
The sections to post under are great this way if you are interested in a certain area you look there not through a whole list of things you may not be interested in. I posted because I could reply to a former post, but I do not understand how to start a new post stream. Please explain this to us as clicking on the areas does not open up the form to post on.
